Linh Pham
Linh Pham is an experienced trial lawyer who previously practiced with Merchant Law Group LLP before establishing his own firm focused on defending serious criminal and drug-related charges.
Mr. Pham completed his legal education at the University of Southampton in 2010 after receiving multiple scholarship offers for academic achievement. He was later Called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2014.
Harvey Singh
Harvey Singh is a lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on criminal defence, alongside select civil litigation and immigration matters. He brings a diverse legal background to the firm, combining international legal training with courtroom experience in Canada. Since being called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2023, he has represented clients facing a wide range of criminal allegations, appearing on bail hearings, contested applications, trials, and resolution negotiations.
Before relocating to Canada, Mr. Singh practised law in India after completing his Bachelor of Commerce in 2011 and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2015. His early legal work focused on civil litigation, including property disputes, landlord-tenant matters, family law issues, and negotiable instruments cases. During this time, he also appeared in summary criminal proceedings, building early experience in courtroom advocacy and litigation strategy.
In addition to being a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Mr. Singh is also called to the Law Society of Manitoba, allowing him to represent clients across multiple jurisdictions.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi, Mr. Singh is able to effectively serve a diverse client community. His practice is defined by careful preparation, strong advocacy, and a commitment to protecting the rights of individuals navigating the criminal justice system.
Mihir Sharma, B.A., LL.B. (hons)
Mihir Sharma is an articling student at the firm who has worked closely with Linh Pham for more than two years. Before beginning his articles, he served as a legal assistant, gaining extensive hands-on experience in criminal defence practice. His work at the firm has provided direct exposure to legal research, file preparation, courtroom procedures, and case strategy.
Prior to relocating to Canada, Mr. Sharma practised as a licensing and regulatory lawyer in India, managing cross-border matters involving China and the United Kingdom. He also worked with multinational law firms in China, contributing to complex corporate litigation matters. His international legal background, combined with practical criminal defence experience in Canada, provides a well-rounded perspective uncommon at this stage of practice.
Mr. Sharma graduated with honours in 2019 from Jindal Global Law School, where he received the Jindal Academic Studentship along with additional academic distinctions recognizing his strong academic performance. He is expected to be called to the Saskatchewan Bar in early 2027.
